Church Planting and Replanting
We are deeply committed to multiplying Gospel influence across the Louisville region through our dedicated Church Planting and Replanting Team. This team, operating under the “Plant Louisville” strategy, works to identify priority areas where new churches are most needed and highlights opportunities for the revitalization and replanting of existing, struggling congregations.
We also strive to see healthy churches become multiplying churches by emphasizing steps to pray, prepare, and produce.
Community Engagement
LRBA sees Community Engagement as a key part of helping churches live out the Gospel in their local communities. They support churches by helping them identify local needs and resources, offering Ministry Grants for outreach projects, providing Block Party Trailers for events, and partnering with local ministries like Baptist Fellowship Center and Re:Center Ministries. Together, these efforts help churches serve their neighbors and make a greater impact across Louisville.

Church Revitalization
LRBA supports Church Revitalization by helping plateaued or declining churches renew their passion for the Gospel and mission. Through the Associational Response Team, leadership assessments, transitional pastor support, and facilities guidance, LRBA helps churches regain strength and build a clear vision for future ministry impact in Louisville.

LRBA sees Evangelism as a central calling of every church and works to equip congregations to share the Gospel across Louisville. Through training, outreach resources, tools like Bless Every Home, associational events, and support for reaching unreached neighbors, LRBA helps churches build a culture of confident, active evangelism.
